Happy Customers Are Talking!

We have now used Steve F. on both sides of the home sales transaction. He is wonderful to work with; aside from being pleasant and always having a positive outlook, he is a do-er.

Steve is knowledgeable in all transaction requirements and always gave us a heads up of potential items we had to look into and take care of. Or, he may have decided something was easy & efficient enough to do it himself- it got done and we heard about it later!

I liked that he was so helpful in working with our town in getting the last bits of a permit finalized. He would drive around to pick up items or check things in the house, saving us many steps. So many tasks were on his to-do list, and they never made it to ours. Who could ask for more?
